Ashly Guernaccini founded atCAUSE Law Office because she knows good legal representation is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Her practice focuses on estate planning (wills, trusts, healthcare directives), elder law, probate, Medicaid assistance, intellectual property (trademarks & copyrights), and business law.

Ashly can explain complex legal matters in a way that those who know nothing of the law can understand. She's efficient and great at time management, saving clients money on legal fees. Ashly takes pride in getting to know the people and businesses she serves, and firmly believes that building a solid relationship is the foundation for the magic to happen.

Kelsey Duggan - Senior Attorney

Kelsey Duggan is a dedicated attorney with atCause Law Office, experienced in estate planning and probate law. A 2013 graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Kelsey pursued her legal passion at Western New England University, earning her law degree and admission to the bar in 2017. With years of legal experience in estate planning and probate, Kelsey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.

Kelsey's approach to law is client-centered, focusing on understanding and empathizing with each client's unique situation. She believes in building trust and comfort, especially when clients discuss sensitive matters. This philosophy extends to her service ethos, where she prioritizes strong, trust-based relationships with her clients, ensuring they receive personalized and compassionate legal guidance.

Michael Roark - Attorney

Michael Roark is an estate planning attorney with atCause Law Office, known for his approachable demeanor and ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois, Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Illinois State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Before joining atCause, he practiced entertainment law for many years, advising studios, production companies and entertainment professionals on worldwide distribution, licensing, and intellectual property matters as well as supervising in-house legal teams on regulatory compliance. He also served as a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division, where he supported large-scale federal prosecutions.
