Her practice focuses on estate planning (wills, trusts, healthcare directives), elder law, probate, Medicaid assistance, intellectual property (trademarks & copyrights), and business law.

Ashly can explain complex legal matters in a way that those who know nothing of the law can understand. She's efficient and great at time management, saving clients money on legal fees. Ashly takes pride in getting to know the people and businesses she serves, and firmly believes that building a solid relationship is the foundation for the magic to happen.

John P. Waterman - Senior Attorney

John P. Waterman is an experienced attorney with atCAUSE Law Office. He provides legal advice and assistance to clients on a variety of legal matters. John has over fifteen years of experience working with families, sole proprietorships, small businesses, large corporations, nonprofits and federal agencies. By communicating effectively and taking the time to understand his clients' needs, John provides smart legal solutions that help them achieve ideal outcomes.

John received his B.A. from Bucknell University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. He also completed his M.B.A. at American University Kogod School of Business and his LL.M. with a specialization in International Business Law at American University Washington College of Law.

A 2013 graduate of the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, Kelsey pursued her legal passion at Western New England University, earning her law degree and admission to the bar in 2017. With years of legal experience in estate planning and probate, Kelsey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.
